<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid imaging module that facilitates adjustments of various control. <P>SOLUTION: The solid imaging module has an imaging element 10 which includes a semiconductor-based photoelectric converting element and a control unit 12 which includes an arithmetic means 12a of determining photographic conditions and controls the imaging element based upon the photographic conditions.
