<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system that is connected to the Internet by radio, can reduce the cost of a device, and improves the using frequency of advertisement information. <P>SOLUTION: Search hysteresis information showing hysteresis about the search condition of a point is added to a management table of a navigation server 6 in association with a user ID.
