BUFFING DEVICE FOR STEEL MANUFACTURES

A buffing device for a steel product is provided to improve workability and quality of the steel product by effectively buffing a surface of the steel product using a buffing roller. A buffing device for a steel product comprises a movable body(110), which is moved up and down by an upper elevating unit. The movable body supports a bearing block(120) such that the bearing blocks moves in the horizontal direction. A bush or liner is installed on a surface of a guide groove(111) or a locking protrusion(112) to guide sliding movement. The guide groove is moved up and down by the upper elevating unit such that a buffing roller(30) is positioned closely to a guide roller. The buffing roller rolls on the bearing block and a bearing is provided in the bearing block to allow the buffing roller to smoothly roll.
