A trans-axle, comprising motor generators (MG2, MG1 (MG1 is behind MG2)) in which the rotating center axes of rotors are disposed on a same axis, a power dividing mechanism disposed on the same axis as the rotating center axis of a crankshaft and between the motor generators (MG1, MG2), and a power control unit for controlling the motor generators (MG1, MG2). The power control unit is so provided that a reactor (L1) is disposed on at least one side and a smoothing capacitor (C2) is disposed on the other side with respect to the rotating center axis of the motor generator (MG2). The motor generators (MG1, MG2), the power dividing mechanism and the power control unit are stored in a metal case and formed integrally with each other, and secured to the body of a vehicle (1000) by an engine mount (EM).
