<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraping apparatus scraping efficiently scraping objects with simple structure, while securing the freedom of layout. <P>SOLUTION: In the scraping apparatus 1, when a chain attaching member 5 advances to a first relative position R1, a first kicker 22 restricts the rocking of a flight operation arm 20 at a first rocking position to keep the rising attitude of a flight 4. When the chain attaching member 5 retreats to a second relative position R2, the first kicker 22 restricts the rocking of the flight operation arm 20 at a second rocking position to keep the tilted attitude of the flight 4. Thus, in the scraping apparatus 1, the flight 4 is tilted in the returning time of a frame body 3 to suppress the return of deposited matter Q to efficiently scrape the deposited matter Q.
