<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cool tailored summer upper garment designed so as to employ naturally circulating intake/exhaustion air utilizing body heat generated at a clearance between the inside surface of an upper-garment fabric and the skin surface of a wearer, by solving such a problem that it is difficult to give the wearer cool feeling by emitting her (his) body heat only through the fabric itself and a clearance around the neckline even though using a thin fabric for the garment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cool tailored summer upper garment is onfigured such that the fabrics for the prescribed parts of a shoulder/neckline part (1) and a waist part (2) are exchanged with mesh ones.
