<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a general front and rear wheel independent type suspension device in a vehicle such as a two-wheel vehicle has a hard suspension in order to reduce attitude variation of a vehicle body by a dive and squat phenomenon, and it is difficult to obtain ride comfort expected by the fact that the suspension device is provided. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A vehicle body frame is made to a structure such that it is divided to a base frame for retaining a tire and a pivot frame where an occupant rides.
