<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle device capable of quickly and certainly reducing a delivery side coolant temperature during delivery temperature protection control. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An air-conditioning control device 20 stops delivery of the coolant of a variable capacity type compressor 100 by making a current input to a control valve 110 from the ON state to the OFF state when the coolant temperature detected by a temperature sensor 150 becomes an upper limit temperature TD1 or higher, and restarts delivery of the coolant of the compressor 100 by making the current input to the control valve 110 from the OFF state to the ON state when the coolant temperature detected by the temperature sensor 150 becomes a lower limit temperature TD2 or lower.
