<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain preliminary decoration effect at a site for enjoying wine drinking by a conventionally not existing method, a decorative artificial flower regarded as live flower, to enjoy color-shape variation of petals in a process of pouring wine into a glass, to boost up an atmosphere, and simultaneously to prevent dripping by the device of the decorative artificial flower. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The decorative artificial flower to be attached to the neck of a wine bottle includes a petal portion 1, a calyx 2 supporting the petal portion, and an attaching ring 3 at the root. This not only generates preliminary decoration effect but also makes participants enjoy variation of color-movement of petals produced by impregnating dripping generated by pouring wine into the petal portion 1.
