PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform gassing surely, even when a skin material and a core material are not set in high location accuracy to a mold for foam molding.SOLUTION: A gas vent valve 21 opened by a gas pressure is formed by notching to a skin material 3 used for foam molding. A gas vent hole 41 having the size through which gas can be vented but foam 5a is not leaked is formed to the skin material 3 used for foam molding. At least either of the gas vent valve 21 and the gas vent hole 41 can be formed on a surface part 3a on the product front surface side of the skin material 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
