摘要 The present invention relates to a beam-penetration column joint part and a method for concurrently constructing the upper and lower parts of a building by using the same, the method being capable of simplifying the details of a joint part while forming a column-beam joint part with a rigid connection, by enabling a column frame member to penetrate the lower part of a steel buildup beam from the column-beam joint part such that adjacent beam members are continuously connected to each other. The objective of the beam-penetration column joint part of the present invention is to rigidly connect, to each other: the column frame member comprising, in order to form a steel composite concrete column, a plurality of steel members arranged at positions spaced inward at predetermined gaps from column surfaces at each corner of a concrete column, and lattice members for connecting the plurality of steel members to each other in a horizontal direction; and the steel buildup beam comprising, in order to form a steel composite concrete beam into which concrete is poured, a lower flange and a pair of webs, which are coupled vertically upward from both end portions of the lower flange, wherein the steel members of the column frame member protrude upward from the column at a predetermined length, and the lower flange of the steel buildup beam has a through-hole through which the steel member passes.
