A flow line connector assembly 1 has first 10 and second 20 parts respectively comprising a plug 11, and a socket 21 configured to receive the plug; a restraining device to resist disconnection of the first and second parts when the plug is received in the socket; and flow tubes 15/25, wherein each of the plug and the socket has a respective flow tube and the flow tubes are adapted to interconnect to form a conduit for fluid to flow between the first and second parts when the plug is received in the socket. The flow tubes may be latched together using a latching device 30 and one of the flow tubes may have a closure device 13/23 configured to activate during disconnection. The restraining device may comprise a pair of dogs mounted on the inner surface or a pair of lever arms 51. |
