<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillating piece which ensures conduction with an exciting electrode and prevents short-circuiting with a package side, piezoelectric device using the same and a method of manufacturing the piezoelectric oscillating piece. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric oscillating piece includes a piezoelectric raw plate; a notch part 20 which is provided to the edge of the piezoelectric raw plate and has a projecting side face; an exciting electrode 22 provided to one principal surface of the piezoelectric elementary plate; and a conduction electrode 26 which is connected to the exciting electrode 22 and provided adjacently to the notch part 20, while being laid on the one principal surface of the piezoelectric raw plate, wherein a projecting portion in the notch part 20 is a position to be conducted with the conduction electrode 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
