A 3-dimentional shape measuring system using LCD is provided to measure an object of large extensive elevation by projecting lattice of various cycles. A 3-dimensional shape measuring system using LCD comprises a light source(12) irradiating the light in the front; a LCD panel(13) generating the different phase and various cycles of sinusoidal wave patterns in the front of the light source with a pulse signal of computer; a polarizer plates(14a,14b) positioned in the front and behind of the LCD panel; a first imaging lens(15) forming the sinusoidal wave pattern generated by the LCD panel on a measurement object; and liquid crystal display projector including the housing supporting the light source, the LCD panel, the polarizer plates and the first imaging lens.
