PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read a plurality of pieces of continuous data needing a change of a row address in a short time even when repeatedly reading the data. SOLUTION: When repeatedly reading the plurality of pieces of the continuous data stored in an SDRAM (Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory) 2 based on a frequency stored in a repetition read frequency register of a repetition read control part 5 and addresses of the SDRAM 2 stored in a read address area register, the plurality of pieces of the continuous data first read from the SDRAM 2 are made to be stored in a data buffer 4 not needing precharge.
