Also, when the operation of the user is detected in a predetermined period from a point of time when the first sound is acquired, an in-period operation determination part 13 determines that an in-period operation is present on the basis of a temporal relation between the first sound acquired by the voice acquisition part 11 and the operation detected by the operation detection part 12.
