PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency state notification device for vehicle capable of appropriately taking an action according to the situation at the occurrence of a vehicle accident.SOLUTION: When a drive operation presence is detected by monitoring the presence or absence of the operation for at least one vehicle top operation equipment relating to the drive operation of own vehicle after detecting the occurrence of an accident, a predetermined emergency notification operation is stopped, and when a state of no drive operation for a fixed time is detected, an emergency notification control part 10 for executing the emergency notification operation is included. The presence or absence of the drive operation is discriminated by monitoring a handle operation of the vehicle, an accelerator operation, a gear change operation, a brake operation and the like. As the emergency notification operation, light flickering of own vehicle or honking of horn is executed. The emergency notification operation is continued until the operation of door opening of own vehicle is detected.
