PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste configured so that firstly a sheet absorbs electromagnetic noises of 500 MHz to 10GHz, secondarily, a surface of the sheet is insulating, thirdly, a substrate for absorbing electromagnetic noises forms a surface with a thickness of micron level, and fourthly, a paste can be formed with a low cost by using an inexpensive raw material.SOLUTION: A collection of fine particles of a metal oxide having hard magnetic characteristics and insulation quality is made to precipitate in an organic compound, made of a liquid, having insulation quality, and then to the organic compound, a large quantity of alcohol and a collection of flat soft magnetic powders made of a plurality of kinds of alloys whose compositions are mutually different are mixed. Thus, in the organic compound diluted with the alcohol, the collection of the metal oxide and the collection of the flat soft magnetic powders are dispersed to form a paste for suppressing electromagnetic noises.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
