PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the position of not only a human moving in a room but also a human at a rest in the room.SOLUTION: A moving person tracking part 15 identifies a new position to which the existing detection object moves based on a pixel value of a moving object image img_dyn relating to each pixel located in the vicinity of the latest detection position of the existing detection object. A new object detection part 16 identifies the position of a newly appeared new object based on the pixel value of each pixel of a moving body image. A standstill image determination part 17 obtains the pixel value of the pixel corresponding to the latest detection position of an unidentified object for each unidentified object from the latest room image img_org[t], and determines whether the unidentified object is standstill in the room based on the pixel value. A person determination part 18 determines whether the unidentified object is a person based on the history of position identification conditions relating to the identified object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
