PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a walking beam type heating furnace to be manufactured in a safe and easy manner within a short time.SOLUTION: When a walking beam type heating furnace is set at an installation floor surface G provided with a recessed sink part 20, a furnace body 10 where a fixed beam 15 is arranged at a hearth 11 and a driving frame 40 where a driving beam 42 is arranged to project into the furnace body are integrally assembled, and a block body 50 having a prescribed length in a furnace length direction is provided with transferring rollers 52. Blocks are transferred in sequence in a furnace length direction by the transferring rollers to connect the blocks. Each of the connected blocks is lifted up by a lifting member 30, and after the transferring rollers are removed, each of the connected blocks is descended by the lifting member and set on the installation surface, and the integrated furnace body and the driving frame are separated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
