PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of existing rubber chains which transmit strong vibration to a steering wheel and the like as well as a noise caused by their having joints at four positions or so, with a wide gap of the joint, when traveling in a snow coverage and the snow becoming fewer to emerge a road surface from a snowy road.SOLUTION: Reduction of a big vibration and noise requires elimination of joints. In order to achieve the elimination, it is necessary to change existing spike rubber chains to ring-shaped chains.
