The invention relates to an engine assembly comprising an exhaust system having a first exhaust duct via the turbine (2), a second discharge duct and a tapping (12) for a recirculation line. The first duct opens into a main pressure-relieving passage (4') via an inlet face of a turbine housing (2c) and the second duct opens via the inlet face (2a) of the housing (2c) into at least one internal branching portion (8) of the housing (2c) bypassing the main pressure-relieving passage (4'). The tapping of said at least one recirculation line is achieved in the turbine (2) on a tapping portion (8) of at least the main pressure relieving passage (4') or of said branching portion (8) via at least one tapping end (12).
