PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective customer information system.SOLUTION: A customer information system includes: a state acquisition section which acquires information indicating a state of a customer specified from a customer image captured by a first imaging apparatus arranged in a first store; a state information storage section which stores information indicating a first state which is a state of the customer who has not purchased a commodity in the first store, in association with information identifying the customer; and a customer information providing section which gives information on the customer to a store where the customer visits when a current state of the customer specified from a customer image captured in the store where the customer visits is similar to the first state indicated by the information stored in the state information storage section in association with the customer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
