PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting terminal board which allows the alignment error margin of the COG mounting, etc. to be reduced for reducing the pitch of the mounting terminals, more concretely, a mounting terminal structure having larger openings than the conventional one, and a display using such mounting terminal board. SOLUTION: The terminal board has mounting terminals 3 forming a meandering line on a glass board 1, a gate wiring 2 connected to the terminals 3 and covered with an insulation film 4, and openings 5 cleared of the insulation film 4 on the terminals 3. The gate wiring 2 is laid between the mounting terminals 3 in the line direction. The mounting terminals 3 are composed of a lower and upper layer conductive films 6, 7 different in size, and the width e1 of the upper layer conductive film 7 in the columnar direction is greater than the width d1 of the lower layer conductive film 6 in the line direction so as to cover the film 6 exposed at the openings 5 and not greater than the width h1 of the opening 5.
