PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict consumption of the kinetic energy before take-off by reducing the weight to the utmost limit. SOLUTION: Respective driving shaft of two rotary blades are inclined at 13.6 degree, and respective rotors are rotated in the opposite directions to avoid a contact with each other, and a span is thereby shortened, and the weight can be reduced.
