PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque rod capable of reducing manufacturing cost by simplifying the fitting process of a dynamic damper. SOLUTION: First and second vibration-isolating base bodies 13, 23 of first and second bushes 10, 20 are integrally vulcanization-molded with a connection vibration-isolating base body 32 of a dynamic damper 30 via a covering rubber part 62. Thus, troublesome works that a torque rod and a dynamic damper are separately manufactured (vulcanization-molded) like a conventional product, and the dynamic damper is fastened to the torque rod by caulking or the like after the manufacturing step need not be performed. A torque rod 100 with a dynamic damper 30 being fitted thereto can be easily manufactured (vulcanization-molded) in the step 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
