摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a decrease in the conveying resistance of paper when the amount of the deformation of perforation is detected by an existing sensor which is already installed or a general-purpose small-sized sensor which is additionally installed, and the deformation of the perforation advances closely to a point reaching paper jamming, and in addition, to avoid influences on stopping to convey the paper, the amount of opening a new line and paper conveying speed at detecting the amount of the deformation of the perforation. SOLUTION: A signal from a photo-sensor of the existing sensor which is already installed for monitoring whether a paper travelling trouble caused by the paper jamming and paper run-out occurs or not by observing the existence of the passing-through of a conveying hole is read out at each switching of the phase of a stepping motor of a paper conveying part. The paper conveying speed of the paper conveying part is controlled by this signal, or the conveying of the paper conveying part is controlled so as to be divided into a small amount of paper conveying.
