A vertical advertising display assembly formed from an initial flat folded condition, comprising vertically aligned tiers of interconnected display panels. In an upstanding assembled condition, each upper tier of the display nests in its lower adjacent tier. Display panels in each tier are adapted to receive advertising indicia. The display is assembled from the flat folded condition by simple manipulation.
