<p>The tunnel furnace for pre-heating forging has a chain wheel associated with an eccentric on each side and linked to driven pinion gears via a drive chain. Both gears are joined to a common drive shaft, one of two further drive pinion gears being linked to this shaft via a device for adjusting the angle of rotation. Smooth, single step movement of the forgings through the furnace is obtained.</p> |
