Fibre reinforced reaction resin pipe bend - with seamless thermoplastic outer lining and resin bonded layers

The seamless liner is initially mfd on a press and simultaneously angles in the thermoplastic region, in which the outer lining has a core laminated to it with a glass fabric bonding layer onto which glass fabric, matting and/or rovings are axially and radially wound uniformly. The layers are then properly bonded with resin using a two part pressurised mould.
