Title cpds. are of formula (I):- (R1 = CONH2 or phenyl; R2 = H or CH2) are prepd. by diazotising R1-R2-substd. aniline, and reacting with a diazo cpd. produced with CH3NHOH or a salt thereof. (I) are immurosupressants useful in transplant surgery and in treatment of diseases associated with increased antibody prodn. Specifically claimed (I) have R1=CONH2, R2= H or CH3. They may be formulated with usual carriers and auxiliaries opt. with other active ingredients.
