The transportable combined loader and mixer has an inclined drum which is rotated for mixing and loading purposes. The drum is loaded through the hopper at its upper end and unloaded by reversing the rotating direction used for mixing. The hopper is held on the machine frame by a vertical support and the hopper has a seal which prevents loss of material between the rotating outlet of the drum and the fixed hopper. This machine can be used for scattering granular fertilisers through the hose connected to the hopper and distributor on the frame. It can so be used for mixing concrete and for a wide variety of purposes in agriculture and industry.
