PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material and a decorative sheet that satisfy surface physical properties such as oil resistance without impairing printability or concealability.SOLUTION: In the decorative material, on oilproof paper 1 comprising a fluorine-based oilproof agent, a printed layer 2, and one or more and three or less resin layer(s) 4 are formed in the stated order.
