<p>The bottle is particularly for wine, and has a rounded upper edge (3) with a collar (4) to accommodate a vacuum sealing lid. There can be a necked portion of the bottle, widening continuously both in the upwards and in the downwards direction. The bottle is entirely suitable for unlimited transport when sealed, and also convenient for pouring by the user. The bottle or carafe may be produced in convenient size of e.g. 1/8 or 1/4 litre. Vacuum sealing lid may be the flat snap on type or twist bayonet type closure. Pleasing design of carafe, enables it to be re-used e.g. as flower vase.</p> |
