FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and immunology. Antibodies are described, which specifically bind with P-selectin, block binding of PSGL-1 with P-selectin and cause dissociation of previously formed complexes of P-selectin/PSGL-1. Previously unknown binding domain of antibody near N-end (conformational epitope) of P-selectin is described, which antibodies bind. Disclosed antibodies bind with conformational epitope of P-selectin and have double blocking function, consisting in binding of PSGL-1 with P-selectin and dissociation of previously formed complexes of P-selectin/PSGL-1.
