PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation shelter for emergency situations such as a tsunami and a flood, which can secure a long evacuatable time zone while securing airtightness in the shelter and which can evacuate as many dwellers as possible thereto.SOLUTION: An evacuation shelter for emergency situations such as a tsunami and a flood includes a shelter body which has an inside as an evacuation room; an evacuation gate with a hermetically closable-type door, which can guide an evacuee to the evacuation room; and an evacuation route which connects the evacuation gate and the evacuation room. A plurality of evacuation gates are separately disposed in a height direction so that the evacuee can be evacuated through an evacuation gate on the side higher than a low-side evacuation gate even when the low-side evacuation gate is closed. |
