One piece galvanically mfd. gramophone disc matrix - has inlets, passageways and outlets for heat transfer medium, local alignment means and pressure installations

A matrix mfg. gramophone discs is integrally made (i.e. in one piece) and has an inlet an outlet and grooves for the passage of a heat transfer medium. There are local means for aligning the matrix with a second discs matrix; a first surface adapted to receive a matrix face; and a second surface adapted to receive installations for exerting pressure onto the matrix which is arranged perpendicularly to the first surface. Used in mfr. of gramophone disc matrices by galvanic process i.e. galvanoplastics. There are no soldered connections are with prior-art, multi-part matrices so that there is no risk of failure at these sites. No galvanic corrosion, nor obstruction of flow of water and steam. Rapid prodn. cycles are achieved.
