PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning device of a small type hydraulic shovel capable of restraining a height dimension, and capable of avoiding interference with an obstacle existing on a grounding surface.SOLUTION: A turning device of a mini-shovel comprises a turning motor 13 for turning a turning body, a planetary gear deceleration device 5 for decelerating rotation of this turning motor 13 and a shaft 9 for installing a pinion gear 23 for meshing with an internal tooth of an inner ring of a turning wheel and rotating in response to driving of the planetary gear deceleration device 5, and comprises a first bevel gear 7 installed on a transmission shaft 8 of the planetary gear deceleration device 5 and a second bevel gear 20 installed on the shaft 9 and meshing with the first bevel gear 7, the shaft 9 is erected-arranged in the vertical direction, and the transmission shaft 8 of the planetary gear deceleration device 5 is extendedly arranged in the horizontal direction orthogonal to the shaft 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
