PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover device and a video display apparatus fitting device having the cover device, in which the front side buried in a wall of the video display apparatus is covered in a good-looking manner and stil the cover body can be stably hold.SOLUTION: A cover device 30 includes: a cover body 31 covering a front surface buried in a wall of a video display apparatus 9; and an upper end holding member 40 having an engaged recess 42 covering an edge part of the upper end of the cover body near the front surface, for receiving the upper end of the cover body 31 and having a hook part 47 hung from a receiver 24 at the wall, the receiver 24 having a stopper 26 regulating upward movement of the upper end holding member 40 and suppressing removal of the upper end of the cover body 31 from the engaged recess 42, with the hook part 47 being hung from the receiver 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
