PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite resin intake manifold used in an internal combustion engine having an EGR gas recirculation function and a blow-by gas recirculation function, having a configuration in which a blow-by gas passage and an EGR passage are collectively formed in a compact manner.SOLUTION: An intake manifold has a first member 1 and a second member superposed thereto, and a part of an intake passage 8 is formed on the first member 1. A blow-by gas passage 18 and an EGR passage 19 are formed on a butting face of the first member 1 and the second member 2 in a state of being close to each other, and holes 24 and 25 for distributing gas to the intake passage 8 are communicated to the first member 1. As the blow-by gas passage 18 and the EGR passage 19 are incorporated in the intake manifold, routes of a blow-by gas and an EGR gas are simplified, which contributes to cost-down. As the blow-by gas passage 18 and the EGR passage 19 are close to each other, mixing properties of the blow-by gas and the EGR gas can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
