PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification device capable of notifying of an abnormality of a patient with a high degree of precision by effectively using parameters related to blood pressure.SOLUTION: A blood purification device equipped with treatment means 1 capable of purifying a patient's blood that extracorporeally circulates and performing blood purification treatment, and blood pressure detection means 2 for detecting blood pressure and a pulse of the patient undergoing blood purification treatment includes: calculation means 4 for obtaining at least pulse pressure, average blood pressure, and minimal blood pressure based on the value of detection by the blood pressure detection means 2; determination means 5 for determining whether or not the pulse pressure, average blood pressure, and minimal blood pressure obtained by the calculation means 4 have exceeded predetermined threshold values respectively; and display means 7 for performing predetermined notification according to the pulse pressure, minimal blood pressure, or average blood pressure on condition that it is determined by the determination means 5 that the pulse pressure, minimal blood pressure or average blood pressure has exceeded the predetermined threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
