The invention discloses an equipment fault diagnosis method, device and system. The method comprises the steps that communication connection with intelligent equipment is established; operation data of the intelligent equipment are acquired by communication connection, and the operation data at least include signal intensity of communication connection and/or battery voltage of the intelligent equipment; and occurrence of a fault of the intelligent equipment is diagnosed according to the operation data of the intelligent equipment. The technical problems of poor use experience of users caused by the fact that the fault of the intelligent household equipment cannot be detected and alarmed can be solved. |
