The cutter guide comprises two slide rails located on opposite sides of the pipe at an angle to one another and coupled by a transverse crossbar carrying the drive motor and cutting tool. The crossbar and rails contact the pipe via rollers. A milling tool is provided in addition to the cutter and has a smaller dia. The cutter comprises a saw blade and is driven by a common drive shaft with the milling tool. The distance between the blade shaft and the crossbar roller can be varied.
