1. A modulation device for modulating a light beam, comprising:
a spectral splitter to split an input light beam into at least two partial light beams having different spectral ranges, a spatial light modulator, an optical device to direct the at least two partial light beams to different locations of the spatial light modulator, wherein the spatial light modulator is configured to modulate the at least two partial light beams, wherein the optical device is further configured to direct the at least two partial light beams after modulation from the spatial light modulator to the spectral splitter, wherein the spectral splitter is further configured to combine the at least two partial light beams after modulation to form an output light beam. |
