Apparatus consisted of outer(11) and inner(10) sleeves having many perforation(13) concentrically set against each wall of a heating furnace(7) with a burner. wet active carbon was exhausted to the heating furnace via the outer perforation as extractive gas from wet active carbon dried by hot air obtained from the exhausting gas of combustion then sent to the regenerating chamber.
