Title device having an easily rotative beam to smoothly and exactly decide the position of block was composed of an upper part beam(1) and a lower part beam(6), to which three revolving hanging hooks(16,17,18) were attached. The upper part beam(1), which was hung with freely liftable wire rope at both ends, had a cavity in the middle part and a driving motor(11) so as to rotatably drive for the lower part beam(6) which was freely and rotatively supported with bearing device (9) at the central portion of the upper beam(1).
