PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide household thin paper hardly generating a wrinkle in being embossed.SOLUTION: Household thin paper is formed by superimposing plural paper sheets formed with crepe and ply-joining the paper sheets with contact embossments. The contact embossments include an embossment row 12 in which unit embossments are arranged in an MD (continuous) direction. A unit embossment 11 is divided into two portions in a CD (width) direction by two parallel lines X1, X2 extended at 20-60° with respect to the MD direction.
