In an exhaust gas purifier for filtering carbon particles by means of coil type filters(6) and asbestos filters(7), vibrating plates(5,5a) cooperated with a motor are mounted on both sides of the coil type filter and the asbestos filter. Discharge holes are freely opened and closed by the rotatable bar(10) connected with the lever by the connection wire. A cooling part for dropping the temp. of exhaust gas to 300≦̸C is mounted on between the manifold and the veering member(21) communicated with the particle collecting chamber(1).
