An action of card and an action of pickering and dividing are added by a pre-openning device for improvement of the tuftness and dividing, pickering before the carding action which is occured between a top and cylinder. The pre-openning device comprises three rolles of the small size having metalic pin (3. 4. 5) set adjacently over the cylinder which set between a top and take-in roller, and at least one of boatknife(6) set adjacently by a roll.
