<p>A flyer-spinning frame has a spindle-rail which, from a lowered position in which the spindles are clear of the flyers, can be tilted forwards through up to 120 deg., sufficiently to relieve the spindle rail of the weight of the filled bobbins, which can be slid off the spindles essentially under their own weight. A mobile trolley with a tilting holder for a filled bobbin has a size and form which enables it to receive the bobbin directly from the tilted spindle. This procedure facilitates the doffing of massive, large-capacity bobbins, keeps downtime to a minimum, and improves the productivity of the machine.</p> |
